Belt Scale Integrator
BSI-1 is a microprocessor based integrator that receives the signals from the weighbridge load cell and belt speed tachometer. It calculates the rate material is moving on the belt (TPH) and the total amount of material that has traveled on the belt in tons or tonnes, as calibrated. It outputs totalization pulses for driving remote counters and indicates rate to remote units via linear 4-20 ma or 0-20 ma current loop signal. The rate signal can be digitally delayed, in one second selectable steps, up to 5 minutes. BSI-1 includes display board and processing printed circuit board in 12"W X 10"H X 4"D cabinet
